We use Mollie Payments to securely process payments such as iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, PayPal and credit cards. When you make a payment, Mollie processes data including your name, payment method, transaction details and sometimes your bank account number. This information is used solely to handle your payment, prevent fraud and comply with financial regulations.
4.2 KLAVIYO (EMAIL MARKETING & AUTOMATION)
We use Klaviyo for sending newsletters, transactional emails (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) and automated email flows (for example, abandoned cart reminders or post-purchase emails). When you sign up for our newsletter or interact with our emails, Klaviyo may process:

- Your order history (synchronized securely from our webshop)

We collect verified customer reviews via WebwinkelKeur . When you leave a review, WebwinkelKeur may request your name, e-mail address and order details. This information is shared with us to verify that the review is linked to a real purchase. WebwinkelKeur applies strict security measures and may use third parties for its services under the same privacy conditions.
4.4 SHIPPING, HOSTING & ADMINISTRATION PARTNERS
For shipping your order, we work with carriers such as PostNL, DHL and Yun Express. They receive your name, address and tracking details to deliver your parcel.
Our webshop and e-mail accounts are hosted by professional IT providers who process personal data only to provide technical services.
Our accounting system processes order and invoice data for legally required financial administration.
5. Retention Period
We do not store your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, tax records must be kept for at least 7 years under Dutch law).
