4.1 MOLLIE PAYMENTS (PAYMENT PROCESSING)

We use Mollie Payments to securely process payments such as iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, PayPal, and credit cards. When you make a payment, Mollie processes data such as your name, payment method, transaction details, and sometimes your account number. This information is used exclusively to process your payment, prevent fraud, and comply with financial laws and regulations.

4.2 KLAVIYO (E-MAIL MARKETING & AUTOMATION)

We use Klaviyo to send newsletters, transactional emails (such as order confirmations and shipping updates), and automated email flows (such as abandoned cart reminders or post-purchase emails). When you subscribe to our newsletter or interact with our emails, Klaviyo may process, among other things:

• Your name (if provided)
• Your order history (securely synchronized from our webshop)

We collect verified customer reviews through WebwinkelKeur . When you leave a review, WebwinkelKeur may ask for your name, email address, and order details. This information is shared with us to verify that the review is linked to a genuine purchase. WebwinkelKeur employs strict security measures and may engage third parties for its services under the same privacy terms.

4.4 SHIPPING, HOSTING & ADMINISTRATION PARTNERS

We work with carriers like PostNL, DHL, and Yun Express to deliver your order. They receive your name, address, and tracking information to deliver your package.
Our webshop and email accounts are hosted by professional IT service providers who process personal data solely to provide technical services.
Our accounting system processes order and invoice data for the legally required financial administration.

5. RETENTION PERIOD

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example: tax data must be retained for at least 7 years under Dutch law).
