MODELITA – RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase! If not, you can make use of your right of withdrawal under European consumer law. Returning your order is simple and always handled with care.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to returns:

  • Items should be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, if reasonably possible.
  • Products must be complete, including labels, packaging and accessories.
  • Hygienic products such as earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been broken.

3. Value Reduction

If a returned product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics or functioning, we may charge a depreciation fee. Please handle all items carefully and return them properly packaged.

4. HOW TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN

You can easily register your return via our Return Form .
After registration, you will receive detailed instructions by e-mail.
Please include your order number inside the return package.
Returns without registration may not be processed correctly.

5. RETURN COSTS (THE NETHERLANDS)

FIRST RETURN – FREE OF CHARGE

• Your first return within the Netherlands is completely free .
• You will receive a prepaid PostNL shipping label via email.
• Feel free to try on your items at home without worry.

After your first free return

Shipping costs for additional returns are for the customer.
PostNL usually charges between €4.95 and €6.95 depending on size and location.

6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return costs from abroad are the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise before shipment.

Estimated return shipping costs (parcel up to ~2kg):

  • Germany: €9.00 – €13.00
  • Denmark: €10.00 – €16.00
  • Sweden: €11.00 – €18.00

The return address remains the same. Always keep your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.

7. REFUNDS

We refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that it has been returned.

8. LEGAL FRAMEWORK

Modelita operates fully in accordance with Dutch law and the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) . You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

9. EXCESSIVE RETURNS OR SIZE-BASED MULTIPLE ORDERS

We understand that finding the perfect size can be challenging. However, if multiple sizes are ordered with the intention to return the majority, we reserve the right to charge part of the shipping or administrative costs.

We recommend contacting us beforehand for free size advice. Please note: size charts may vary between manufacturers.
