MODELITA – SHIPPING POLICY
At Modelita , we do everything we can to ship your order quickly, carefully and professionally. Below you will find all information about shipping costs, delivery times and shipping methods.
1. SHIPPING COSTS
We use transparent and simple shipping costs:
- Netherlands: Free premium shipping (with Track & Trace)
- Belgium: Free premium shipping (with Track & Trace)
- Other EU countries (eg Germany, Denmark, Sweden): Free premium shipping (with Track & Trace)
Within the European Union, no additional customs fees or import duties apply.
2. PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING METHODS
Order processing time:
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days , and most orders are processed within 24 hours .
We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL , DHL and Yun Express . Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive your Track & Trace link by e-mail.
The legal maximum delivery time within the EU is 30 days . Our estimated delivery times fall well within this period.
3. Delivery times
Average delivery times after shipment:
- Netherlands: 7 – 12 business days
- Belgium: 7 – 12 business days
- All other EU countries (Germany, Denmark, Sweden, etc.): 7 – 12 business days
Please note: During busy periods (such as holidays or sale events), delivery times may be slightly longer. We always do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. When your order (or part of it) is shipped, we send your Track & Trace link .
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple parcels. This does not affect your shipping costs; all additional shipments are paid by us.
5. RISK & DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
The risk of loss or damage lies with Modelita until the order is physically received by you or a third party selected by you (not the carrier).
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, report this to the courier if possible and contact us immediately. We will always help you find a suitable solution.
