We aim to respond to every complaint within 24 hours . During exceptional peak periods, our maximum response time is 5 working days .

If we cannot resolve the issue together, you may submit your dispute to the independent dispute resolution service provided by WebwinkelKeur , of which Modelita.nl is an approved member.
