1. How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite items, select your size and color, add them to your cart and complete checkout via our secure payment system.
2.What are the shipping costs?
Modelita offers premium shipping on all orders. Shipping is completely free.
3. When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1β3 business days .
4. What is the delivery time?
Netherlands & Belgium: 7β12 business days
Germany, Denmark, Sweden: 7β12 business days
5. Can I track my order?
Yes once your parcel has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace email.

6. Are all sizes in stock?
All items shown on our website are available. If your size is not listed, the item is temporarily sold out.
7. How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart on the product page or contact us for personalized size advice.
π RETURNS & EXCHANGES
8. Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and include all original tags.
9. How do returns work?
Register your return via our return form or return portal. You will receive a return label (where applicable) and clear instructions by email.
10. Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.
